Speaker system for MPC and X terminals

Continuing to develop quality solutions for customers’ industrial and logistics operations, DLoG UK has announced an accessory designed specifically for its vehicle-mounted MPC and X terminals.

The new sound kit will play both audio files (tone sequences, melodies) and beeps, allowing it to be implemented as part of individual users’ software solutions – to amplify confirmation or error warnings for the benefit of vehicle operators.

The package includes audio amplifier, weatherproof speaker and mounting bracket for installation on either side of the screen. With no limit on acoustic direction, the system offers an output of 10W for use across a wide spectrum of logistics and industrial environments.

DLoG’s range of vehicle mounted and mobile computing hardware extends from the X7 with a 7” screen running Windows CE5.0, to the MPC with either a 10” or 12” screen and a choice of operating systems. In-house product development and a thorough understanding of customers’ needs ensure the company maintains a world-leading position in providing top quality, cost-effective touch screen and mobile computing solutions.

As a leading logistics hardware and wireless data specialist, DLoG works with sales partners to implement complete projects for applications such as warehouse management systems, forklift control systems, supply chain solutions and order picking. Services include in-depth organisational consulting, concept design and project management, as well as hardware and software installation.
