Science and Engineering Week cash prizes awarded 30/04/2009
 
The Engineering and Technology Board (ETB) this week awarded £1000 each to the four overall winners of its National Science and Engineering Week Event Awards.


The ETB and the British Science Association established the awards scheme to encourage imaginative and inspiring entries to National Science and Engineering Week.

St Andrew's Primary School, The University of Bath, Southampton University and Judith Wardlaw of Thomas Hardye School all off beat off stiff competition to win the inaugural ETB awards for Best School, Best Science, Best Engineering events and Outstanding Contribution prize.
