Yusen Logistics launched in UK
Yusen Logistics has officially launched in the UK, uniting NYK Logistics and Yusen Air & Sea Service (YAS).
The integration of the two companies provides a "one-stop shop", offering warehousing, distribution, air/ocean freight forwarding and supply chain management in one package.
Yusen has specialist experience in the automobile, consumer electronics, retail, pharmaceutical and environmental equipment sectors.
Yusen managing director Alex Okamoto said: "As the UK market represents the largest individual share of our logistics business in Europe, the integration of NYK Logistics and YAS in the UK marks a critical stage in the overall European process."
