Kimberly-Clark selects PROS to improve sales effectiveness
Safety equipment manufacturer Kimberly-Clark Professional has selected PROS pricing and revenue management software to improve its sales effectiveness initiatives as it grows in Europe.
Kimberly-Clark European pricing lead Phil Hall says the company ran a competitive evaluation of appropriate system providers and selected PROS based on its industry experience, product capabilities and its people.
"PROS' complete integration capabilities with SAP and its partnership approach throughout the evaluation process demonstrated a thorough knowledge of our requirements," states Hall.
The organisation has signed up to the increasingly popular view that today's business climate requires companies to understand customer behaviours and translate what generally amounts to big data into improved sales effectiveness.
