WMMC 2012: The Continuous Improvement Event

After a storming debut in 2011, Works Management's Manufacturing Conference (WMMC) is back by popular demand for 2012.

This year's WMMC, from November 14–15 at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, will be bigger and better with more exclusive behind the scenes factory tours, inside secrets from continuous improvement experts and an expanded workshop programme.

WMMC 2012 will help you become a continuous improvement king by offering you three unique ways to learn lean.

Listen to CI speakers, from sectors including automotive, food and drink, aerospace & defence and medical, who will reveal their lean journeys at the two day event.
See it with your own eyes as we transport you to top local factories to witness how the theory works in practice.
Do it for yourself as we put delegates CI skills to the test in a series of interactive workshops. Factory tour venues and our speaker line up will be revealed shortly.
