Driving faster efficiency at Caterham Cars 01/10/2005
 
A combination of CRM (customer relationship management) and make-to-order functionality, all integrated in an ERP environment for SMEs and entirely on the Microsoft platform, has won over sports car maker Caterham Cars. The £15m company, which was acquired in January by a management buy-in team led by Ansar Ali – former general manager of Lotus Cars – and backed by private equity house Corven Ventures, is implementing a Syspro ERP and CRM system from K3, which recently bought Information Engineering
