Westerham Kent-based showers manufacturer Aqualisa’s recent upgrade of its ERP system has not only rationalised its IT infrastructure but resulted in faster processes and improved productivity. Aqualisa has been a Fourth Shift ERP user since 1995, but facing increased high value channel sales following the launch of its Quartz Digital range, plus a serious ramp-up of its direct spares sales, it needed more automated processes
