Mattei’s R&D department is continuously seeking to improve and enhance the technology behind its rotary vane compressors and always looking for ways to reduce energy consumption, a key factor in this age of environmental awareness. It has now introduced the latest improvements to its product range.
The MAXIMA range leads the way in the efficient production of compressed air; requiring as little as 5.4kW of electricity to produce 1m³/min (35cfm) of air, this range now offers a 30kW and 110kW unit in addition to the 55kw and 75kW units.
The 8000 series has been re-developed to give a much improved performance on the 160kw and 200kW units and has the addition of a brand new 250kW compressor which provides air delivery of up to 44m³/min (1,555cfm). All three are available as 8, 10 or 13 bar versions.
It has also created the new 6000 series, offering units at 110kW and 132kW, both available as 8, 10 or 13 bar with air deliveries of 21.35 m³/min (755cfm) and 24.47 m³/min (865cfm) respectively.
A 30kW air centre has been added to the 1000 series. The AC30s is available in either 10 or 13 bar versions and offers users an alternative and more economical option than having to step up to the 2000 series.
At the smaller end, Mattei recently launched its 100 series, a high quality yet economical compressor. A 10 bar unit, with installed powers of 1.5, 2.2 and 3kW, it is designed for continuous or intermittent usage and offers a variety of unrivalled features and benefits as standard.
