Lanner’s Witness simulation software gets new licence manager

Simulation specialist Lanner Group is now including Reprise Licensing Manager as standard for all users in its latest release of the Witness Power with Ease 2.01 software.

The announcement follows its introduction of Witness software incorporating flexible license fulfilment with Ford Motor Company.

Lanner's director of business development in the Americas, Mandy Tague, says that the Ford experience showed the system to be adaptable and reliable – allowing licenses to be booked out from a network on to a laptop, so improving flexibility.

She says that the new system also allows automatic web activation of licensing, making the process quicker and easier.

"We're delighted with the simplicity and agility of the system," she says. "By integrating Reprise Licensing into Witness simulation software, Lanner is offering the market a uniquely agile and flexible system that gives a significant reduction in cost and time."
